About Us

Ridgetop Recreation Association has quite a history. It is believed to be the first neighborhood pool in western Henrico upon opening in 1956. A lot has changed since 1956 but Ridgetop remains a fun and family-friendly pool.

May 31 thru August 16
Sun: 12pm – 9pm
Mon-Thurs: 11am – 8pm
Fri: 11am – 9pm
Sat: 10am – 9pm

August 18 – September 5

Sun: 12pm – 9pm
Mon/Tues: CLOSED (except for Labor Day – 11am-8pm)
Wed/Thurs: 5pm – 8pm
Fri: 5pm – 9pm (except Aug 29, 11am-9pm)
Sat: 10am – 9pm

Sept 6 and 7: Noon-6pm

Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day: 11am – 8pm

THE BABY POOL follows the regular pool hours, including openings and closings for weather and special events, and is for children 5 years of age and under only with ADULT SUPERVISION (18 years of age or older) at all times.

NOTES ON POOL USAGE:
*Sections of the pool may be closed for team practices. Please see swim team and dive team pages for more information and practice schedules.
***Short swim periods for adults only will be announced at the discretion of the lifeguards.
